We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Contract Analyst to support the review, drafting, administration, and monitoring of contracts across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with legal, procurement, finance, sales, and operational teams to ensure contractual documents are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to interpret legal and commercial language while managing multiple agreements at different stages of the contract lifecycle.
As a Contract Analyst, you will examine contract terms and conditions, identify potential risks, track obligations, and help maintain consistency in contract standards and internal policies. You will assist in preparing summaries, redlines, approval workflows, and reports related to contract performance, renewals, amendments, and compliance requirements. This position requires a professional who can balance attention to detail with practical business judgment and who is comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across departments.
You will also play an important role in improving contract management processes, maintaining contract databases, and supporting audits or internal reviews. A successful candidate understands confidentiality, documentation control, and the importance of timely follow-up in a fast-paced environment. Experience with contract lifecycle management systems, document review tools, and policy-driven workflows is highly valuable.
The Contract Analyst should be capable of reviewing vendor agreements, client contracts, non-disclosure agreements, service-level agreements, and other commercial documents. You will help ensure that key dates, deliverables, pricing terms, renewal clauses, indemnities, and compliance obligations are properly documented and monitored. In addition, you may support negotiations by preparing issue lists, comparing contract versions, and escalating unusual terms to legal counsel or senior management.
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys structured analysis, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement. You should be comfortable working with sensitive information and able to communicate findings clearly to both legal and non-legal audiences. If you are organized, proactive, and committed to helping an organization manage contractual risk while supporting efficient business operations, this opportunity offers a strong path for professional growth in legal and compliance functions.
